· Awakens our awareness of the Aura
Instructions:
Make sure you’re not driving or doing anything that requires your attention.
Steady Hand
1. Hold out your hand as steady as you can
2. Look at your hand without judgement
3. Relax-N-Breathe
You can do this exercise for as long or short as you see fit. These 3 Steps are good for practicing non-judgement and focus. The hand is the object of focus.
SHM is also a good practice for many areas of the workforce. Its a good meditation practice for those who do any work that involves using the hands. Especially, if they need steady hands like a Surgeon.
There is another stage you may experience I call
Floating Hand Meditation (FHM).
Floating Hand
4. With eyes open or closed…..begin to sense the repulsion between your hand and the floor.
5. As you begin to feel the force of resistance, between your hand and the floor, relax your hand and fingers to the degree that you feel your hand slightly resting on the repulsion.
The 5 steps deepen the meditation. This is a good exercise for developing stillness and relaxing stress related shaky hands, and awakening our awareness of the aura through the hands.
